Rail Handling WOR-Rail offer a product range to meet most customers’ rail handling requirements, from a standard manual lifting clamp to a fully automated CWR handling system.  Rail clamps are readily available to lift:-  3rd rail (juice rail clamp)UIC33/U69 check rails113lb, UIC60, 95lb bull head and others use the industry standardCamlok CR750/CR1000 manual rail clamp.Multiple rail clamps are available to order and clamps can be manufacturedor modified to suit any rail section if not covered by our standard range.It is standard practice to use the rail clamps in pairs in conjunction with a rail handling beam, these are available as a 7.5 metre beam with centre point lifting eye or top chain sling assembly for handling single rails from 9 metres to 18 metres. We can offer a 3.5 metre version for use with vehicle cranes where the section is less than 9 metres in length and hydraulic versions are available complete with 360 degree rotators. Power packs and Stressors can be supplied to meet your de-stressing needs along with Fastclip, E clip, Mills and Cooper rail rollers. Petrol & Electric rail sawing machines can also be supplied with the necessary consumables.
